Meet & Greet

Meet & Greet
Pot Luck @ The Farm
4367 FM 1569
Farmersville, TX
(View Map)

OK Folks, It's time for you city dwellers to think Country.  It's Family Picnic meet & greet time.  Now we don't live on a Farm but we do live in a rural residence.  It's about 40 miles Northeast of Dallas.  We have just over 80 acres that you can hike or scout out.  A pond with FISH! Large mouth Bass, some as big as 6# and sun fish that will give the kids a fight for their worm.  There are about thirty head of cattle on the place, but they won't bother you(NO BULL).  If you have lawn darts, horse shoes, croquet, or lawn games bring them along, there's plenty of room to play.  There may even still be some Pecans on the ground, if your back will allow you to pick them up.  And don't forget the tents and lawn chairs.  We'll check out everything and send out an e-invite with a map.  This will be a covered dish event.  The Club will supply all the picnic necessities (buns, condiments, chips, meats and drinks)  Attendees should bring their favorite side dish, anything special they want and a desert. Don't forget the tents, lawn chairs, OFF, sun screen, and lawn games.  We'll start cooking the main course at about 4:00 PM, but come on out early (2:00 PM) to chat and enjoy the great outdoors!

The address is 4367 FM 1569, Farmersville. From Mckinney take 380 East, through Farmersville, continue on past Floyd two (2) miles to FM 903, Turn left on FM 903, Go five and a half (5 1/2) miles to FM 1569, turn left, go about 1000 feet (1000). Beige two story house sitting back off the road on the left. From Greenville, take highway 69 north through town to 380 west, turn left go about four and a half (4 1/2) miles to FM 903, turn right, go as above.

NOTE ONE WARNING!!!!!!!!!!
FM1569 comes in to FM903 from the right at Wagner. DO NOT TURN RIGHT! FM1569 and FM 903 parallel each other for about another mile and a half (1 1/2) Turn left on FM 1569 West.

LOOKING FORWARD TO A FUN DAY!
